My one of a kind Insulated, Double Walled, Stainless Steel, Custom Tumblers, will keep hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold for hours. They would be a perfect gift any friend or family member. 

🛑IMPORTANT INFORMATION🛑

🥤Each tumbler is handmade! There will be NO two the same! This product will have your choice of polyester glitter, paint, mica or a woodgrain technique, handmade by me and finished off with FDA approved epoxy that will result in a beautiful, glass like finish. Each tumbler/order will come with one (1) sliding lid and one (1) tumbler. My tumblers are the HOGG brand. 

*Due to the camera, lighting, your phone screen or monitor settings the colors may be slightly different than shown. I will try my best to capture the best REAL colors in every photo, but we are not responsible if colors do not match perfectly. 

**Please remember - All items are completely handcrafted with REAL, premium quality loose glitter, paint, mica or alcohol inks and as with all handcrafted items, slight imperfections can exist. These do not take away from the beauty and/or functionality, however they do add character and that special charm that cannot be duplicated with items that have been mass produced. No two will ever be the same!

***PERSONALIZING***
Please choose size and style from the drop down windows. Fill in your color choice and if you have any inspiration photos please upload them. I will try to create your tumbler as close as possible to your chosen colors and styles. If I have any questions, I will email or text you. If I have not received reply back in two days, I will finish the tumbler with what information your provide to me at time of check out. 

***Choosing Style & Colors***

You can choose two (2) glitter choices if the glitter style was chosen.

You can choose two (2) Mica choices (depending on the colors I may add in a third color to help balance it out) if the mica style was chosen.

You can choose two (2) paint colors if the paint style was chosen. 

All woodgrain styles will be a mixture of browns. I will choose the woodgrain colors. 

I will try to get as close to possible to whatever style and colors are chosen. 

***Decal***

Please fill in the blank or upload a photo of what decal you would like on your tumbler. 

All decals will be approximately 3.2”x3.5” depending on the size of tumble chosen. 

***Name/Monogram Decal***

You can choose to add an name or monogram. Please enter it under the name/monogram box. Make sure the name and or monogram is spelled right. Typically with monograms it goes First Name, Last Name, Middle Name. You can not have a name & monogram on the same tumbler. Only chose one! 

I will chose the correct size of name/monogram for the select tumbler. *Size of decal may vary.

***Inspiration Photo***

Please upload any photos that you would like me to see to base your tumbler off of. I will try my best to recreate your inspiration photo without copying it. *Colors, decals and style may vary a little from photo.*

***Refund Policy & Shop Information***

All items are hand made in smoke and pet free area. We take extra care of every item to insure you are getting the best quality. Due to the lengthy process in making each tumbler, our items do take time to complete. As of now the current processing time is 6-8 weeks for custom orders and 5-7 days for ready ship items. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. The processing time is the time for US to make your tumbler before it ships and DOES NOT include shipping time. Up to date processing time are located under shipping policy, please make sure to check there for exact times. 

Due to the nature of the items we absolutely do not accept cancellation or returns unless there is an error made by us in which we will fix the item or give you store credit. There will be no cash refunds. In this case the product in question would need to be return at buyers’ expense and a partial or full store credit will be issued. Please keep in mind that all items are handmade and will have blemishes. Handmade is not perfect it’s beautiful.

All sales are final but in certain circumstances a store credit will be issued upon return of the product in question. We are not responsible if shipping address is not up to date with payment method chosen. Please make sure address is correct. If tumbler is damaged during shipping, you must show pictures of tumbler and of package. A&M Glitter Creations will have the final say if we replace. You may be required to return item at YOUR cost. Once decal is cut and placed on the Tumbler, changes CAN NOT be made. Please have your mind made up before the decal is cut. There are no exceptions.
