🥤Each tumbler is handmade! There will be NO two the same! This product will have your choice of polyester glitter, paint, mica or a woodgrain technique, handmade by me and finished off with FDA approved epoxy that will result in a beautiful, glass like finish. Each tumbler/order will come with one (1) tumbler and one (1) sliding lid. My tumblers are the HOGG brand.
*Due to the camera, lighting, your phone screen or monitor settings the colors may be slightly different than shown. I will try my best to capture the best REAL colors in every photo, but we are not responsible if colors do not match perfectly.
**Please remember - All items are completely handcrafted with REAL, premium quality loose glitter, paint, mica or alcohol inks and as with all handcrafted items, slight imperfections can exist. These do not take away from the beauty and/or functionality, however they do add character and that special charm that cannot be duplicated with items that have been mass produced. No two will ever be the same!
***Refund Policy & Shop Information***
All items are hand made in smoke and pet free area. We take extra care of every item to insure you are getting the best quality. Due to the lengthy process in making each tumbler, our items do take time to complete. As of now the current processing time is 6-8 weeks for custom orders and 5-7 days for ready ship items. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. The processing time is the time for US to make your tumbler before it ships and DOES NOT include shipping time. Up to date processing time are located under shipping policy, please make sure to check there for exact times.
****There is ONLY (1) one of each size available. If you purchase more then (1) one of size available, your order will be added to the custom order list as we will create the remaining tumblers. Your order will now become a custom order. Custom orders processing times are 4-6 WEEKS. Once your order is complete your WHOLE order will ship!
Due to the nature of the items we absolutely do not accept cancellation or returns unless there is an error made by us in which we will fix the item or give you store credit. There will be no cash refunds. In this case the product in question would need to be return at buyers’ expense and a partial or full store credit will be issued. Please keep in mind that all items are handmade and will have blemishes. Handmade is not perfect it’s beautiful.
All sales are final but in certain circumstances a store credit will be issued upon return of the product in question. We are not responsible if shipping address is not up to date with payment method chosen. Please make sure address is correct. If tumbler is damaged during shipping, you must show pictures of tumbler and of package. A&M Glitter Creations will have the final say if we replace. You may be required to return item at YOUR cost. Once decal is cut and placed on the Tumbler, changes CAN NOT be made. Please have your mind made up before the decal is cut. There are no exceptions.
